Homemade Honey Mustard Dressing With Garlic & Ginger

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil preferably Cold Pressed/Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 clove of Garlic
  • 1 inch piece of Fresh Ginger peeled
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ cup Water

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a small blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add more water if the result is thicker than you would like.
  • Pour over your favorite salad and enjoy!
  • Keeps for up to 1 week in the fridge.
