Homemade Honey Mustard Dressing With Garlic & Ginger
Ingredients

Dijon Mustard

Tablespoons
Apple Cider Vinegar

Tablespoons
Olive Oil
preferably Cold Pressed/Extra Virgin Olive Oil

clove
of Garlic
1
inch
piece of Fresh Ginger
peeled

Tablespoons
Honey
¼
teaspoon
Salt
¼
cup
Water
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a small blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Add more water if the result is thicker than you would like.
Pour over your favorite salad and enjoy!
Keeps for up to 1 week in the fridge.
