Wendy’s Knock Off Chili Recipe
Ingredients

g/1lb ground beef
400
g/15oz tomato sauce/tomato paste

water

x 15oz/400g can pinto beans
1
x 15oz/400g can kidney beans

cup
diced onion
¼
cup
diced green chili
¼
cup
diced celery

medium tomatoes
chopped

teaspoon
ground cumin
1 ½
Tablespoons
chili powder

teaspoon
black pepper
1
teaspoon
salt
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
Instructions
Brown the minced meat in a frying pan or directly in a dutch oven.
Drain fat and crumble the meat.
Transfer to a dutch oven (or slow cooker).
Add remaining ingredients and stir.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours while stirring occasionally.
